RENT PAYMENTS:
For your convenience, you may pay your monthly Studio Rent here with any major credit card. For ease and accuracy, this payment system works as follows:
You click on the Rent button. Rent is listed in increments of $1. Once you get to the purchase screen, you must alter your amount to reflect the accurate amount for your rent PLUS 2.9%! If you do not include the 2.9% fee, your rent will not be considered as paid in full and will therefore be subject to late fees.
For example, if your rent is $325, you would multiply $325.00 by 2.9% which equals $9.43. This brings your rent total to $334.43. You may round off your final number (meaning if the change is less than .50, round down to the nearest dollar, more than .50 round up to the nearest dollar.) To pay your rent, you would click on the rent button, alter the increments to 334 and complete the transaction.
